Bt8 Terms and Conditions – Official Guide Platform Usage

1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "bt8" or "Platform" refers to the bt8.bz website and all services operating under the bt8 brand, including the official bt8 mobile app.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the bt8 platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's profile lawfully registered on the bt8 platform, complete with verified personal details.
• "Account Funds" refers to the cash balance held in a member's bt8 account at any given time, excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, free spins, cashback, or any financial incentive granted by bt8 to members based on specific promotional criteria.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount a member must reach before a bonus is eligible to be converted to cash and withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by bt8 to confirm the accuracy of a member's information before a withdrawal is processed.
• "Service" refers to all games, betting, promotions, customer support, and other functions provided by the bt8 platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the bt8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. bt8 reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if these criteria are not met.

• Members must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. bt8 will request age verification documents during the KYC process if necessary.
• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Registering using another person's identity, false information, or a proxy account is strictly prohibited.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Bt8 provides a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia. All transactions are securely processed using multi-layer encryption to ensure the safety of your funds.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction, except for certain methods that may apply a different minimum limit.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. bt8 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and direct bank transfers to the designated account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bt8 account within 1–5 minutes after a successful transaction.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the member's own name that has completed the KYC verification process.
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes on business days.
• Bt8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a security measure.
• Any suspected withdrawal involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

• All bonuses received must fulfil rollover requirement before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes within the bt8 platform and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other members.
• Members are eligible for one bonus offer per promotion unless otherwise stated in writing in the relevant promotion terms.

5Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the bt8 platform operate according to rules set by their respective game providers and bt8's general guidelines. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all slot and table games is determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — every round is independent and unaffected by previous rounds.
• Should a discrepancy arise between the result displayed on a member's screen and bt8 server records, bt8's server records are final in all cases.
• Bt8 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device problems, or technical failures on the member's end.
• Wagers that have been confirmed and recorded by the bt8 system are final and cannot be cancelled at a member's request.
• Bt8 reserves the right to void bets or rounds resulting from technical errors, system disruptions, or incorrectly displayed odds. Funds will be returned to the member's account within a reasonable timeframe.

6Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Securing your bt8 account is a shared responsibility. bt8 provides multi-layered security infrastructure, but members also play a key role in ensuring their accounts are not misused.

• A bt8 account is for personal use only and may not be shared with, lent to, or used by any other individual.
• Members must notify bt8 immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or breached in any way.
• Bt8 bears no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a member's negligence or failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology to manipulate bt8 games or systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Privacy Policy and Data Usage

Bt8 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected is processed in accordance with bt8's Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Members' personal information is collected solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Bt8 does not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties without the member's written consent, except where required by law.

8Disciplinary Action and Account Suspension

Bt8 reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

Actions that may result in immediate account suspension or closure include:

• Registering or using multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false information, forged documents, or invalid identity verification.
• Attempting to cheat the betting system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or collude with other members to manipulate games.
• Use of third-party payment methods or involvement in money laundering activities.
• Abuse, threats, or harassment directed at bt8 staff or other members.
• Any activity that violates the law or could damage the reputation or security of the bt8 platform.

9Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The bt8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and bt8 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

• Bt8 assumes no liability for financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting outcomes, except in cases of proven technical errors originating from bt8's systems.
• Bt8 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond bt8's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or directives from regulatory authorities.
• The maximum liability of bt8 towards any member claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

Bt8 is committed to promoting a healthy and safe gaming environment. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or financial burden.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly through their bt8 account settings.
• Members may apply for temporary account break (cooling-off period) or self-exclusion for a specified period through the bt8 support team.
• Bt8 will fully honour any self-exclusion request and ensure the relevant account remains inaccessible for the specified period.

11Terms Amendments and Notifications

Continued use of the bt8 platform after any amendment to the Terms and Conditions takes effect will be considered as full acceptance of the amended terms. Members who disagree with the changes should cease using the platform and contact bt8 to close their account.
